Refund policy

Vicki’s Safety Creations hopes that you enjoy your purchase. But in the event something isn’t just right, item may be returned for a refund or exchange. 

Length of time to return or exchange

You have 45 days from the time your order was placed until the time we receive your item back at our facility in order to receive a full refund of the purchased price.  Please keep in mind, when mailing return, allow 5-7 days for us to receive it. 

Extended Holiday Return Policy

Due to the holiday season, items purchased between the dates of November 15th – December 24th may be returned by January 15th or 45 days from purchase, whichever date is later. 

Eligibility for return

In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received.  Clothing must not have been worn and washed. 

There are certain items which are exempt from being returned.  These items include the following:

  • Downloadable Software products
  • Custom made products
  • Perishable goods, such as food/candy, newspapers, or magazines
  • Intimate or sanitary goods, such as face masks, under garments or swimwear, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
  • Final Sale or Clearance items

If a product arrived damaged or is defective in any way, it may be exchanged for a replacement.  In the event the product is no longer available, store credit may be given.

Preparing a return

To complete a return, first contact us at sales@vickissafetycreations.com.  Directions on how to pack and prepare your package will be sent to you once your email has been received.

We do require a receipt or proof of purchase to process a return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds & Exchanges

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that your package was returned to us. We will also notify you of any additional questions, issues or concerns that we may have of your returned product.  Once your return has been accepted and refund or exchange has been approved, then your refund/exchange will be processed. If receiving a refund, the refund will be applied to the original method of payment, within 7-10 business days.  If receiving an exchange, please wait 10-14 business days to receive package.  An email with shipping confirmation will also be sent to inform you your exchange is on its way.
